Artist's Comments
Another pair of custom shoes, made for a friend. She requested her two favorite Disney princesses, Snow White and Cinderella. The flash from the camera kinda washed out some of the shots.
On the Snow shoe, I placed her in front of the wishing well. On one side is the dwarves cottage and the other side is the Prince's castle (as seen in the clouds at the end of the film). On the back is the magic mirror with the apple inside. On Cindy's shoe, I put the castle in the background, on one side is the garden where the Fairy Godmother first appeared, and on the other side is the castle courtyard where she first heard the clock strike twelve. On the back is her glass slipper of course. Shoe FAQ: - Done on a pair of plain white canvas Vans - Prismacolor markers and Sakura Microperm pens - Do not ask for a pair of shoes for yourself - I haven't bothered testing a sealant yet. So far they've all lasted fine without one so I gave up trying to find one. |
