Chibi Arwen in her coronation gown. I know I said the black gown with the red sleeves was my favorite, but this one is slowly but steadily taking over. :heart:

I just saw RotK yesterday (4th time!) and then today I went to a costume exhibit in LA and saw the dress up close, so I wanted to draw it. Omg, the headress is even more gorgeous in real life. *_*

And the style of the pic was meant to be like *celesse's. Because she's awesome.
