Artist's Comments

I know it's been forever since my last Anime-character-as-a-Gargoyle, but the idea of Alucard was too cool to pass up.

His skin had to be red to give him a devil-appearance and I tried to make his wings resemble flames. But with all that red, I had to loose his red coat and in doing so I realized that his gray suit is REALLY boring. :O The big curving horns were inspired by Stephanie Lostimolo's Mr. Satan character [link] .

It was a good approach using red for his wings, since Gargoyles made their wings into capes I can imagine Allucard doing that as a Gargoyle XD. He looks just as evil and vicious as a Gargoyle nice touch XD. I can only imagine how you would do Anderson and Ms. Hellsing XD.
